Tokar Estate is looking for a confident, warm and wine-loving Cellar Door Manager to lead our cellar door experience in the heart of the Yarra Valley.
Set inside our renovated American-style barn overlooking the vineyard, our cellar door is relaxed, premium and full of personality. We are looking for someone who can bring that same energy to every tasting, every guest and every busy weekend.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who loves wine, people and storytelling. You will lead tastings, welcome guests, drive wine sales, manage group bookings and help create memorable experiences that feel polished but never stuffy.
The role
Part-time, 3 to 4 days per week
Wednesday to Saturday shifts
10am to 5pm
Weekend availability required
About you
Previous cellar door, wine or hospitality experience
Strong wine knowledge
WSET or similar preferred
Confident leading tastings and groups
Warm, engaging and professional
Reliable, organised and happy to lead from the front
