The Institute of Sports and Spines (IOSAS) is seeking a capable, motivated and personable Allied Health Receptionist / Administration Support Officer to join our growing multidisciplinary healthcare team. - Responsibilities:
- Assist allied health professionals with clinical and non-clinical tasks, enabling them to focus on complex patient care.
- Be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring impeccable presentation and manners.
- Handle reception duties, including booking appointments, patient follow-ups, and answering calls.
- Manage communications and billing with Medicare, WorkCover, DVA, and insurers.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with standards and legislation.
- Collaborate with practitioners for smooth daily operations and assist in marketing and promotional activities.
- Perform minor cleaning and sanitization tasks to maintain a professional environment.

Who You Are
You’re a motivated and skilled professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You bring a positive attitude, a hunger to learn, and a commitment to delivering top-notch care. You’re also someone who:
- Holds or is working towards a Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance (an advantage but not essential).
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is proficient with Windows-based systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Has experience with social media and marketing (preferred).
- Familiarity with "Front Desk by Smartsoft" and gym environments is an advantage.
- Values teamwork and enjoys contributing to a fun and dynamic workplace.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $34.00 – $50.00 per hour
