We are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to join our Brisbane-based team and commence their engineering career within a diverse and growing marine organisation.
Working closely with our Head of Engineering and Technical Team, this role will provide exposure to a broad range of engineering, maintenance and compliance activities across our fleet and marine operations. You will gain hands-on experience supporting vessel maintenance programs, technical projects, regulatory compliance and operational initiatives while learning from experienced industry professionals.

- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and engineering projects
- Supporting the delivery of safe and efficient vessel operations across multiple business units
- Assisting with reporting and technical documentation requirements
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- A recently completed degree in Marine Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- A genuine interest in the marine industry and vessel operations
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Flexibility to travel when required
