KP Chef Solutions is looking for reliable, professional and hardworking hospitality staff to join our team and work across some of Sydney’s premium fine dining restaurants and hospitality venues.
At KP Chef Solutions, we provide reliable, experienced hospitality staff exactly when venues need them — from kitchenhands to wine glass polishing specialists.
KITCHENHAND Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation
- Dishwashing and maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- Cleaning kitchen equipment and work areas
- Assisting with deliveries and kitchen organisation
- Supporting chefs during busy service periods
- Following food safety and hygiene procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous kitchenhand or commercial kitchen experience preferred
- Commercial dishwasher experience is an advantage
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Physically fit and able to work long shifts
- Australian working rights required
WINE GLASS POLISHERKey Responsibilities
- Professionally polish wine glasses and fine dining glassware
- Ensure glasses are spotless, streak-free and presentation-ready
- Inspect glassware for marks, fingerprints and water spots
- Handle delicate and premium glassware carefully
- Maintain a clean and organised polishing area
- Support restaurant and service teams during busy periods
What We're Looking For
- Previous hospitality, restaurant or bar experience preferred
- Excellent attention to detail
- Careful handling of delicate glassware
- Fast, efficient and consistent work style
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional presentation and attitude
- Comfortable working during busy services
- Australian working rights required
