They challenge the status quo, simplify the work, and create space for innovation. They’re comfortable in ambiguity, confident in decision-making, and relentless about improving outcomes. Strong analytical capability is essential as this role demands someone who can translate data into action, optimise cost, and elevate service. Above all, they believe in building inclusive, collaborative environments where teams can do their best work.
5–10 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations management within a retail or distribution environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training.
Strong knowledge of third-party logistics (3PL) operations across Australia and New Zealand.
Experience with SAP, Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Transport Management System (TMS).
Demonstrated strength in stakeholder engagement, performance management, and cost optimisation.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead the flow. You’ll connect teams, systems, and partners to keep product moving fast and accurately through Nike’s distribution network. You’ll turn insight into action, elevate performance, and build a culture where continuous improvement is the standard.
Lead daily logistics operations across planning, inventory, transport, and distribution, ensuring seamless inbound and outbound execution.
Partner with internal teams and 3PL providers to deliver accurate, on-time performance and a unified “One Team” approach.
