We are looking for a reliable and organised Automotive Warehouse Dispatch Officer to join our warehouse team.
This role is primarily focused on the daily handling and dispatch of automotive parts arriving from suppliers. Orders are placed with our suppliers daily, and your role will involve processing incoming deliveries and preparing them for dispatch to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving daily deliveries from suppliers
- Matching incoming stock to customer orders
- Packing and dispatching orders
- Verifying SKUs and order accuracy
- Organising courier collections and freight dispatch
- Maintaining warehouse organisation and cleanliness
- Assisting with general warehouse operations
- Communicating with the remote operations team regarding order issues or dispatch updates
Although the primary focus of this role is automotive parts dispatch, the warehouse also supports a fasteners division. From time to time, there may also be involvement in picking and packing fastener orders.
Pay: $27.00 – $33.00 per hour
