What You’ll Be Doing:
Dental Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assisting our dentists during patient examinations and treatments
- Preparing treatment rooms with all necessary instruments and supplies
- Sterilizing and maintaining dental instruments and equipment
- Developing dental X-rays
- Providing patients with post-treatment instructions
- Keeping patient records accurate and up to date
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Receptionist Duties:
- Greeting patients with a warm, friendly smile
- Scheduling appointments and managing the dental calendar
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient inquiries
- Handling administrative tasks, including billing, insurance claims, and record-keeping
- Keeping the front office neat, organized, and welcoming
Physio Reception Duties:
In addition to dental responsibilities, this role may also require you to assist with reception duties for our physiotherapy services. This may include appointment scheduling, welcoming physiotherapy patients, and maintaining records for the physiotherapy practice.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant and/or Receptionist is preferred but not mandatory
- Basic knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and a genuine commitment to patient care
