Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute high-quality French-inspired dishes in accordance with Hemingway's culinary standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative and seasonally inspired menus that showcase the best of French and Australian cuisine.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards at all times, maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment.
- Assist to manage inventory levels and assist in the ordering of supplies to support menu offerings and operational needs.
- Participate to kitchen operations during service, overseeing food preparation, presentation, and quality to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and ingredients.

Pay: $79,500.00 – $82,000.00 per year
