Your role

As a Registry Officer, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, providing critical information over the phone, in writing, and face-to-face. You’ll also support Tribunal Members and ensure our services run smoothly.
The Consumer and Commercial Division of the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) is responsible for resolving a wide range of everyday civil disputes between consumers, tenants, landlords, businesses, and service providers. It provides an accessible, low‑cost alternative to court proceedings and is designed for parties to manage their own matters without legal representation

Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, often in challenging situations.
Provide high-quality administrative and clerical support.

We are looking for proactive, self-motivated professionals with broad administration and customer service skills who thrive working in a team environment and is interested in supporting people with disabilities.
