Warehouse Operations All-Rounder (Forklift Licence Required)

Invidia Foods is a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer and distributor of premium ice cream, gelato, frozen yoghurt and foodservice solutions. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Operations All-Rounder to join our team.
This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working across all aspects of warehouse operations and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
About the Role
As a key member of our warehouse team, you'll be responsible for ensuring products move safely and efficiently throughout our operation while maintaining a clean, organised and compliant warehouse.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
- Receiving and checking inbound deliveries
- Stock replenishment and inventory control
- Conducting stock takes and cycle counts
- Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and organisation
- Assisting with freezer and cold storage operations
- Following food safety, quality and workplace safety procedures
- Supporting other warehouse and production activities when required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A current LF Forklift License
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Experience loading and unloading trucks
- Strong attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and within a team
- A positive, reliable and proactive attitude
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform manual handling tasks
Experience within food manufacturing or cold storage environments will be highly regarded but is not essential.
