Reliant Healthcare is a leading Health Care provider in Sydney, an opportunity exists for a Quality Compliance Officer to join the business. In this role, you will collaborate closely within the business to support the implementation of our compliance frameworks. Your responsibilities will include monitoring our compliance requirements, updating and maintaining our risk register and reporting on operational risk outcomes.
In this role you will be ensuring compliance, facilitating the drafting and approval of policies, procedures, and work instructions to support the organisations quality, compliance and continuous improvement objectives including:
- Monitoring changes to regulatory requirements.(NDIS, SAH)
- Updating compliance-related policies, procedures and related documentation.
- Maintenance of the compliance, incident management register & Risk Management Register.
- Assisting and supporting the business to ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with various rules and regulations.
- Preparing the business in readiness for external and internal quality audits i.e. ACHS, SAH & NDIS to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Acting as the document management system and ensuring document control processes comply with the organisation and external requirements.
- Providing technical training and support for IT systems, portals and networks.
- Managing all software licensing and medical inventory for the Clients.
Skills & Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role (Health industry exp is advantageous but not essential).
- Have an analytical mind with excellent interpersonal and writing skills.
- Practical experience developing and coordinating QRC initiatives at an operational level.
- Knowledge of compliance, quality assurance and risk management frameworks.
- Proficient in drafting Policy and procedures.
- High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent track record of working closely with small teams and a natural ability to lead others on the quality compliance journey.
- Ability to undertake analysis of data to identify trends for reporting purposes.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
