* Schedule our technicians throughout Sydney for residential and commercial properties
* Looking for a motivated scheduler who can handle a face paced environment
* Scheduling experience and general knowledge of Sydney and surrounding suburbs is essential
* Majority of correspondence is via email with some phone communication
* Good customer service is a must
* Supplying verbal and written quotes, sending correspondence for upcoming work, processing payments, invoicing, identify and extract information as required, word processing, submitting paperwork to clients as required
* Give assistance when and where required
* General administration duties as required and/or requested
* Adhoc tasks as required

* Experience with OH&S and SWMS would be an advantage

* Working from home after fully trained is an option. All training will be conducted at Tennyson
