We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our Café in Mount Martha. Be part of a welcoming team, work at a beautiful location!
What we are looking for:
- prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages
- operate and maintain coffee machine, grinders and other brewing equipment
- greet customers, take orders, and provide exceptional customer service
- manage POS transactions including cash handling and card payments
- maintain cleanliness of the coffee station and ensure all areas comply with health and safety regulations
- monitor inventory levels, and restock coffee beans, milk and other supplies as needed
- engage with customers to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- work efficiently during busy periods to ensure timely service
- train junior staffing coffee preparation techniques and customer service standards
- promote menu items, upsell, and offer product suggestions
- adhere to company policies, procedures and quality standards
- have an RSA
Pay: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour
