DIPLOMA QUALIFIED EDUCATOR
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Diploma Qualified Educator to join our team.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience working in an early childhood education and care environment
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Regulations
- Ability to plan and implement meaningful learning experiences
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A warm, nurturing and professional approach
- Commitment to children’s safety, wellbeing and development
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
TRAINEE EDUCATOR
We are also welcoming applications from motivated Trainees who are looking to begin or continue their career in Early Childhood Education.
This is a great opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while completing your Early Childhood qualification and working alongside experienced educators.

EXPERIENCED CENTRE MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced Centre Manager with strong leadership and management skills to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Belfield service.
The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of early childhood education, compliance, staffing, programming and centre operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading, supporting and mentoring the educator team
- Overseeing the daily operations of the centre
- Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and National Regulations
- Maintaining high standards of education, care, health and safety
- Supporting educators with programming and documentation
- Building positive and professional relationships with families
- Managing staffing and rosters
- Supporting compliance and Quality Improvement processes
- Working closely with management and educators
- Maintaining a positive, respectful and professional workplace culture
- Ensuring children receive high-quality education and care
The ideal Centre Manager will have:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Proven experience in a Centre Manager or senior leadership position
- Strong knowledge of the NQF, EYLF and National Regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities
- A professional, positive and approachable manner
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
