My Zakaya is a warm and welcoming Japanese restaurant dedicated to providing an authentic dining experience with exceptional hospitality. We are looking for a friendly and reliable Waiter Staff to join My Zakaya! If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Your Role:
- Take orders and serve food and drinks efficiently
- Manage the booking system and a POS machine
- Supervise casual staff
- Keep the dining area clean and organised
- Assist with opening duties, including floor cleaning
Key Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hospitality experience, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Excellent time management to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Outstanding communication skills, both with customers and team members.
- A quick learner who can adapt to the restaurant's workflow and standards.
- Passionate about hospitality, customer satisfaction, and teamwork.
- Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must have RSA
- Familiar with Japanese food
- Be able to commit on Wed, Thurs and Sunday.
