With that we are seeking a Production Manager to join our team of passionate Bakers. We have a delightful opportunity for a hardworking and enthusiastic baker who wants to bring delight to all of our customers by making quality bread and other delicious products. Teamwork and enthusiasm never go stale in our bakeries. Our bakeries have a people-oriented focus where all team members work together to treat our customers as # 1!.

Your main duties include, but not limited to:
- Mananging team of bakers
- Following Standards Set
- Rostering
- Producing basic bread products
- Mixing
- Moulding doughs
- Assisting in product preparation and baking
- Oven work
- Providing delightful customer service when required
- Maintaining bakery cleanliness to WHS StandardsThe ideal candidate will:
- Have a passion for the baking industry
- Be punctual & reliable
- Keen to learn all aspects of the trade
- Be well presented
- Be comfortable with night shifts.
- Have reliable transport or be willing to take public transport.
- Able to Start from 2AM

Pay: $85,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
