We’re looking for an energetic Salesperson to grow our carpet underlay business by visiting carpet stores and trade customers across NSW.
About the Role
You will be the face of our brand, visiting carpet stores and trade customers to:
- Present and sell our carpet underlay products to store owners, managers, installers, and builders
- Build strong, long-term relationships with carpet retailers and trade partners
- Provide advice on underlay performance, pricing, and suitability for different carpet types and applications
- Secure new accounts and expand sales in existing stores
This is a hands-on sales role with plenty of driving, face-to-face meetings, and real opportunities to influence your income through commission.
What You’ll Do
- Visit carpet stores and trade customers regularly to present our underlay range
- Explain product benefits, compare options, and tailor solutions to each store’s needs
- Negotiate pricing and terms, close sales, and follow up on orders
- Identify new opportunities and convert them into ongoing business
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, orders, and follow-ups
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience (preferably in flooring, building materials, or trade products)
- Strong communication skills and confidence talking to business owners and trade customers
- Ability to explain technical product information in simple, customer-friendly terms
- Reliable driver with a licence and ability to travel
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working independently
- Experience in B2B sales and managing multiple appointments is highly valued

Pay: $49,900.00 – $122,841.79 per year
