Rampart Consulting is a boutique security and risk advisory firm delivering discreet, intelligence‑led solutions to corporate, government, and legal clients. Led by a Former Detective Inspector with the NSW Police, we provide high‑level investigative, advisory, and resilience services tailored to complex environments.
The Role
We are seeking a highly organised, intelligent, and proactive Personal Assistant / Administrative Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day operations of our consultancy.
This is a remote (work‑from‑home) role, suited to someone who is comfortable managing multiple priorities independently, working with discretion, and maintaining a high level of accuracy across administrative and client‑facing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and tracking client enquiries via CRM / operations management software
- Following up process service matters and related client work
- Responding to and managing email enquiries
- Coordinating and engaging contractors on behalf of clients
- Preparing invoices and managing billing processes
- Organising batch payments and reconciling transactions in Xero
- Managing calendars, scheduling, and appointments
- Proofreading, formatting, and preparing professional reports
- Formatting PowerPoint presentations and client documents
- Maintaining client liaison and communications
- Overseeing email inbox management
- Uploading and managing blog content across the website, LinkedIn, and social media
About You
You will be:
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Professional, discreet, and client‑focused
- Confident communicating with clients and stakeholders
Skills & Experience
- Experience using Xero (essential)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Teams
- Experience in document formatting and report presentation
- Familiarity with content uploading (websites / LinkedIn / social media)
- Previous experience in an administrative or PA role preferred
