About the Role
As Practice Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic while supporting our doctors, staff and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the practice
- Manage staff rostering, training and performance
- Foster a positive and productive team culture
- Liaise with doctors, healthcare professionals and external providers
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and practice policies
- Oversee Medicare billing, accounts and practice performance
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and patient experience
About You
- Previous experience as a Practice Manager, Assistant Practice Manager, 2IC or Senior Medical Receptionist is essential
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Knowledge of Medicare billing and medical practice software (Best Practice experience highly regarded)
- A positive, professional and patient-focused approach
