The Role Baker (casual), your responsibilities will include:
3-5 days a week.
- Key Responsibilities:
- 1 year of experience in sourdough bread. Prepare and bake a variety of products, including sourdough bread, rolls, and croissants.
- Follow recipes and production schedules accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality.
- Always maintaining impeccable housekeeping standards.
- Work collaboratively with other team members.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
What We're Looking for to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience with sourdough mixing starters and baking.
- Fixed Working days
- Hands-on with a high-energy, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
- Great communication skills.
- Self-motivated and autonomous work ethic, coupled with a strong team spirit.
- The ability to meet deadlines and achieve production targets consistently

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $30.35 – $45.53 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 38 per week
