About the Role
Le Sansa is looking for a commercially minded and highly organised E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to manage our Shopify store and paid advertising.
This is a hands-on position combining digital advertising, website management, content and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
- Manage advertising budgets and monitor sales, ROAS and customer acquisition costs.
- Test audiences, products, offers and creative concepts.
- Manage products, collections, promotions and content within Shopify.
- Merchandise the website according to sales, stock and seasonal priorities.
- Support email campaigns and automated flows through Klaviyo.
- Create and edit simple marketing assets using Canva or Photoshop.
- Use AI tools to support copywriting, research, reporting and marketing workflows.
- Analyse results and identify opportunities to improve sales and website conversion.
- Work closely with our creative, warehouse and customer service teams.
About You
- Previous hands-on experience running paid digital advertising campaigns is mandatory.
- Experience with Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing metrics.
- Commercially minded, organised and confident working with data.
- Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.
- Proactive, accountable and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
- An interest in fashion, footwear or retail would be highly regarded.
Experience with Shopify is beneficial, while Klaviyo, Canva, Photoshop, GA4 and AI tools would also be highly valued.
