About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help grow our laser scanning and reality capture business. Involved will be a combination of sales, lead management, customer communication, and digital marketing activities to help expand our client base and online presence.
We want someone who is authentic, curious and enjoys working across both sales and marketing. You’ll need to be confident communicating with clients and is interested in being a key part of growing a young developing technology-focused business.
Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up leads via phone and email
- Booking and managing sales calls/ strategy
- Manage and grow company social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
- Manage email marketing campaigns and client outreach
- Maintain and update customer records and lead tracking systems
- Promote completed projects and services
- Help improve brand presence, online engagement, and customer communication
- Growing and managing a team underneath them as the business grows.

What to Expect
- $70,000-$75,0000 per year incl super.
- Young, growing team. Will be rewarded in alignment with growth and progression of the company.
- Full-Time (Mon-Fri), working hours can be negotiated.
- Melbourne based role, flexible working arrangements - work remotely/ office available
