What We Are Looking For:
Proven Experience:
- You have a solid background in making cocktails
- Classic and modern cocktails, including specs, techniques, and variations.
- Speed and efficiency during high-volume service.
- Bar setup, workflow, and stock management.
- Responsible alcohol service and customer interaction.
- Troubleshooting drinks, balancing flavors, and creating signatures.
- Exceptional Reliability: Punctuality is a non-negotiable standard for our team; we need professionals who are ready to go at the start of every shift.
- System Proficiency: Experience with Square POS is highly regarded.
- Operational Excellence: You have the ability to stay on top of venue requirements, from section management to maintaining a clean atmosphere.
