Senior Bicycle Mechanic

We are a growing independent workshop specialising in sale of mountain bikes, custom builds, suspension servicing, wheel building, and premium bicycle maintenance. We're looking for an experienced Senior Bicycle Mechanic to join our team and help lead the next stage of our growth.
About the Role
This is a hands-on workshop position suited to an experienced mechanic who takes pride in quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing bicycle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics
- Managing workshop workflow and organisation
- Providing excellent customer service and technical advice
- Suspension setup and troubleshooting
- Custom bike builds and component installations
- Maintaining high workshop standards and attention to detail
- Supporting and mentoring junior staff where required
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 4+ years professional bicycle mechanic experience
- Strong knowledge of mountain bike servicing and repair
- Experience diagnosing and repairing modern drivetrains, brakes, and suspension systems
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for cycling and helping customers get the most from their bikes
- Wheel building experience is highly regarded but not essential

Pay: Up to $87,000.00 per year
