Job Summary
We are seeking a Passive Fire Auditor to conduct inspections and assessments of passive fire protection systems to ensure compliance with building and fire safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect passive fire installations including fire doors, fire stopping, and penetration seals
- Identify non-compliance and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare audit reports and compliance documentation
- Work with contractors and project teams to resolve fire safety issues
- Support certification and regulatory compliance requirements
Requirements
- Experience in passive fire inspection or installation
- Strong knowledge of fire safety and building compliance standards
- Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents
- Good reporting and communication skills
- Ability to conduct on-site inspections independently
