Doctums Global LLC has established an Australian entity, Doctums Australia Pty Ltd, to break into the Australian market and continue to serve our onshore clients.
This role is aimed toward establishing a dedicated, on-the-ground technical team to support major Australian tertiary institutions undergoing generational digital transformations.
We are seeking a Senior ICT Business Analyst (internally titled Senior Functional Consultant) to serve as a subject matter expert in the deployment, configuration, and optimization of Ellucian higher education ERP platforms.
This role requires deep functional knowledge of higher education business processes combined with hands-on technical proficiency in enterprise system configuration, data migration, and integration design.
Operating with a high degree of autonomy, you will lead implementation workstreams, navigate Australian regulatory frameworks, and run intensive on-campus stakeholder workshops across the country.
Key Responsibilities
· ERP Implementation & Configuration: Lead the end-to-end functional implementation of ERP modules, including requirements analysis, system design, data structures, and post-go-live stabilization.
· Business Process Re-engineering: Conduct current-state business process assessments and gap analyses to translate complex institutional requirements into actionable functional specifications.
· Australian Regulatory Alignment: Configure and customize ERP system parameters, workflows, and business rules to strictly align with Australian statutory frameworks, including the Tertiary Collection of Student Information (TCSI) framework, TEQSA reporting standards, and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
· Data Migration & Integration: Design and execute complex data migration strategies (data mapping, ETL validation) from legacy platforms (e.g., Callista, HEIMS) into the target Ellucian environment. Develop integration specifications for connecting the ERP platform with domestic payment gateways, identity access protocols, and third-party systems.
· Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary functional liaison between project teams and university stakeholders (Registrars, Finance Directors, and IT Leadership). Facilitate on-campus workshops, training sessions, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles.
