We’re a new Lebanese bakery and café opening in Lidcombe, serving specialty coffee, fresh manoush, pizzas, and Mediterranean favourites. Conveniently located just minutes from Lidcombe Station, our café is easily accessible by public transport.
Shift Hours
- Morning shifts, typically 5:30 am – 12:00 pm
- Additional shifts may become available as the business grows.
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-quality espresso coffee and other café beverages
- Dial in coffee and maintain consistency throughout service
- Texture milk to a high standard
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Keep the coffee station clean, organised, and well stocked
- Assist with front-of-house duties when required
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
About You
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Confident using commercial espresso equipment
- Reliable, punctual, and well presented
- Friendly with excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to learn and grow with a new business
