Louis Vuitton Chadstone sits within Australia's largest and most visited shopping destination, a flagship stage for the Maison and a true showcase of retail excellence. We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead this landmark location, one of our most dynamic and highest performing environments in the region.

This is a rare opportunity to shape the trajectory of a store of significant scale and visibility, leading a team of more than 50, including four Team Managers and a Deputy Store Manager. You will be entrusted with the commercial success, client experience, and cultural leadership of a store that welcomes an extraordinary volume of clients each day, and you will play a defining role in elevating the Louis Vuitton experience for the Australian market.

For a leader with ambition, this role offers genuine scope for impact, visibility across the region, and a clear pathway for continued growth within the Maison.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, inspire and develop a store of 50+ team members, cultivating a culture of excellence, ambition, and genuine client care
Drive the strategic and commercial vision for Chadstone, translating brand direction into local action to achieve and exceed sales objectives
Coach and mentor a leadership team of four Team Managers and a Deputy Store Manager, building bench strength and succession pipelines across the store
Champion an uncompromising standard of client experience, ensuring every interaction reflects the elegance, warmth and savoir-faire of the Maison
Oversee store operations end to end, including stock management, visual merchandising, loss prevention, and compliance with brand and operational standards
Partner closely with Retail, HR, Logistics, Merchandising and Client Development teams to ensure the store's performance and presentation remain best in class
Identify, attract and develop top talent, embedding a strong culture of learning, feedback and career progression
Act as an ambassador for Louis Vuitton within Chadstone and the broader Melbourne retail community, representing the Maison with authenticity and gravitas

Your Impact

We are looking for a passionate people leader, with extensive experience building, driving and elevating a retail business. You will be directly accountable for developing the business and monitoring your store’s performance. To ensure your success in leading our Maison, you will also bring:

Proven experience as a Store Director within a similar sized business or senior retail leader within luxury, premium retail, or a high volume, high complexity environment
Demonstrated success leading large teams and multi-layered leadership structures, with a track record of developing managers and future leaders
Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyse performance and translate insight into action
An unwavering passion for client experience and a natural ability to build lasting relationships with a diverse clientele
Exceptional leadership presence, with the emotional intelligence to inspire, coach and hold a large team to a high standard
Resilience and adaptability, thriving in a fast paced, high footfall environment
A genuine affinity for the Louis Vuitton universe, its heritage, and its codes of excellence
