About the Role
Provide personalised care and support to participants in their own homes. Help clients live independently and safely while building meaningful routines.
Assist with grooming, toileting, cleaning, meals, and medication
Follow personalised support and health plans
Provide companionship and emotional support
Respect client preferences, privacy, and cultural needs
Report concerns and changes in condition promptly

About You
Minimum 6 months' experience or Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Home & Community or Disability, or related field
Hands-on experience in providing personal care (e.g. grooming, toileting, mobility assistance, meals, medication support)
Experience working in in-home care
Strong understanding of professional boundaries, restrictive practices, and behaviour support
Effective written and verbal communication, including clear case note writing
Able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills to work both autonomously and as part of a team
NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver’s Licence, and insured vehicle
