Salary Range: $34.00 – $38.00 per hour (plus weekend penalty rates)

We are a fast-growing, e-commerce business specializing in premium eyewear. Our clean, dynamic warehouse and office space is located in a beautiful heritage site in The Rocks.
The Role:
We are seeking 8 to 10 motivated, hardworking Casual Warehouse Assistants to join our team ahead of the major Black Friday sales peak. This is a varied role where no two days are exactly the same. You must be highly focused, fast, and exceptionally accurate to ensure our customers receive their orders perfectly.
- September – October: On-the-job training shifts (1–2 shifts per week) to get you fully comfortable with our workflows and quality standards.
- November Peak: High-volume execution. You must have full, daily availability across the entire month of November as we scale up to handle 7-day-a-week fulfillment operations.
Your Daily Tasks Will Vary and Include:
- Picking & Packing: Accurately picking stock and packing customer orders according to digital manifests.
- Order Despatch: Applying shipping labels, adding promotional materials, and prepping orders for courier collection.
- Inventory & Setup: Making up custom retail shipper boxes and restocking picking bins.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Moving heavy inventory boxes, unpacking deliveries, taking out rubbish, and general cleaning to keep the workspace safe and tidy.
What We Need From You:
- Extreme Attention to Detail: You must be fast but highly accurate. A mistake in packing ruins the customer experience.
- Physical Stamina: You must be comfortable and happy to be on your feet for long periods of time and capable of lifting and moving boxes safely.
- Laser Focus: A strong work ethic with a total focus on the task at hand during fast-paced shifts.
- Unrestricted Availability: Fully available to work rostered daily and weekend shifts across November. Working Holiday Visas (Subclass 417/462) are highly welcome.
