About the Role
Your Family Dentist is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service & Receptionist to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional patient service, managing front desk operations, coordinating appointments, and supporting both our Liverpool and Blacktown clinics as required.
The successful candidate will be flexible, professional, and capable of working across both locations while ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
Customer Service & Patient Coordination
- Contact new patient enquiries received through phone, website, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient enquiries.
- Follow up marketing and sales leads to convert enquiries into booked appointments.

- Follow up on missed appointments and cancellations.
- Follow up outstanding treatment plans and assist patients with scheduling treatment.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing patients.
- Support practice growth through proactive patient communication and engagement

- Contact patients regarding recalls, overdue check-ups, treatment follow-ups, and appointment confirmations.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient enquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
- Process payments and maintain accurate patient records.
- Manage emails, SMS reminders, and general correspondence.
- Contact patients regarding recalls, overdue check-ups, treatment follow-ups, and appointment confirmations.
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
