TOROBLACK is seeking a highly capable and self-driven operator to help run, grow, and eventually help lead our wholesale coffee and hospitality supply business.
This is not simply a delivery or warehouse role.
We're looking for someone who wants to take ownership, build relationships, improve systems, contribute to growth, and potentially become a key part of the business long term.

About TOROBLACK
TOROBLACK is an independent wholesale supplier servicing cafés, restaurants, offices, hospitality venues, and retail customers across Western Australia.
We supply:
- Specialty coffee
- Alternative milks
- Packaging
- Chai, matcha and beverage products
- Cleaning and hospitality consumables
- Coffee equipment and technical support
As the business continues to grow and evolve, we're looking for someone who can take ownership of the operational side of the business while helping identify and drive future growth opportunities.
The Role
This is a true 360-degree operations role.
Initially, you will be responsible for overseeing and running the day-to-day operations of the business across a four-day work week (Monday to Thursday).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving and checking incoming stock
- Organising and maintaining warehouse inventory
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Managing stock levels and reporting replenishment requirements
- Coordinating supplier deliveries
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Delivering products to customers across Perth
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Maintaining warehouse organisation and efficiency
- Identifying opportunities to improve systems and processes
- Working independently with minimal supervision
You'll be supported by office systems, technology, and management, but we're looking for someone who takes ownership and responsibility for outcomes rather than simply completing tasks.

Experience in any of the following would be highly regarded:
- Coffee industry
- Hospitality
- Foodservice distribution
- Wholesale operations
- Retail grocery
- FMCG sales
- Business ownership or management
Existing relationships within hospitality, cafés, restaurants, offices, independent supermarkets, or retail grocery channels would be a significant advantage.
Most importantly, you're someone who:
