About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Graduate Consultant / Consultant to join our Natural Capital Markets team in Sydney.
Working alongside experienced team members, you will support the buying and selling of biodiversity credits, build relationships with landholders who own conservation sites, and help them navigate the process of bringing their biodiversity credits to market. This is a commercial and relationship-focused role, offering exposure to stakeholder engagement, market analysis, data management and business development within Australia’s growing natural capital markets.
The role is hybrid, providing flexibility to work collaboratively from our Sydney office and remotely.
Responsibilities:

Contribute to project deliverables, field work, data management, reporting and analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landholders and stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively with managers, senior consultants, and the wider Natural Capital team.
- Assist with proposals, tenders and client relationship activities.
- Support the buying and selling of biodiversity credits and associated commercial activities.
- Assist landholders in bringing biodiversity credits to market.
About You
You may be a recent graduate or early-career professional with up to four years’ experience. A background in science, ecology, environmental science, sustainability, biodiversity or a related field is beneficial, but we are also open to candidates from other backgrounds who have strong people and commercial skills.
