Hero Sushi is Hiring – Store Manager (Gold Coast)
Hero Sushi is one of Australia's leading sushi takeaway and restaurant brands, operating approximately 50 stores nationwide, with most locations managed directly by our head office. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Store Manager to join our team.
Position
Store Manager – Gold Coast (Full-time)
- Full-time position (approximately 45 hours per week)
- Flexible availability required
- Looking for someone who is committed to long-term employment and capable of leading a team and managing daily store operations
Pay & Benefits
Training Period
- Approximately 2 months of training at our Pacific Fair or Robina store (training duration may vary depending on individual performance)
- $31.00 per hour
After Training
- Store placement will be determined based on your residential location where possible; however, some travel distance may be required.
- Hourly rate will be determined based on the size and operational requirements of the assigned store.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day store operations
- Lead, train, and support team members
- Maintain sushi and food quality standards
- Monitor store performance, sales, and reporting
Requirements
- Valid TFN
- Full-time work rights in Australia
- Minimum 3 years of hospitality experience or at least 1 year of management experience
- Flexible availability
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good English communication skills
