Cornerstone Espresso is a busy Drive through cafe in the inner west.
We offer Specialty coffee and Grab and go items straight to your car, serving Roasting Warehouse Coffee on a brand new San Remo Racer 3 Group.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced barista to join our team. As a barista, you will be responsible for creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our customers and serving them with exceptional coffee and food.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and food items to customers
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage and track customer orders accurately
- Maintain inventory of supplies and place orders as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Requirements:
- Previous barista experience
- Ability to operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and espresso preparation
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
