Online Fulfilment Coordinator

Valiram is looking for a hands-on, organised and detail-focused Online Fulfilment Coordinator to support the day-to-day fulfilment of our online customer orders.
This is a practical, fast-paced role combining online order fulfilment, picking and packing, inventory management, stock coordination and warehouse operations.
Working closely with our E-commerce, Retail, Merchandising, Customer Service and Logistics teams, you will help ensure every order is processed accurately, efficiently and on time while maintaining high standards of stock accuracy and presentation.
What You'll Be DoingOnline Order Fulfilment
- Pick and pack daily online customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Process orders in line with agreed service levels and dispatch timeframes.
- Gift-wrap and prepare orders in accordance with brand presentation standards where required.
- Prepare shipments, shipping labels and documentation for dispatch.
- Coordinate daily collections and deliveries with courier partners.
- Monitor order status and assist in resolving fulfilment and delivery issues.
- Support increased order volumes during promotional campaigns and peak trading periods.
Stock & Inventory
- Receive, check and organise incoming stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory across online and warehouse stock locations.
- Complete regular cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and assist with corrective actions.
- Coordinate stock transfers between the warehouse, retail stores and online inventory.
- Support stocktakes and inventory audits.
Warehouse Operations
- Ensure stock is stored safely, accurately and in designated locations.
- Maintain an organised, clean and safe fulfilment and warehouse environment.
- Assist with the movement, replenishment and organisation of stock.
- Ensure orders are packed securely and presented according to brand standards.
- Support general warehouse and fulfilment activities as required.
Returns & Online Operations
- Process online customer returns and exchanges.
- Inspect returned products and coordinate appropriate restocking.
- Work with the E-commerce and Merchandising teams to support product launches and stock availability.
- Assist with online promotions, campaigns and key trading periods.
- Help identify and resolve stock or fulfilment issues that may impact the customer experience.
Reporting & Performance
- Monitor daily order and fulfilment activity.
- Track order accuracy, dispatch turnaround times and inventory accuracy.
- Assist with operational reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve fulfilment processes, accuracy and efficiency.
About You
You may currently be working as a Warehouse Coordinator, Storeperson, Pick Packer, Order Fulfilment Assistant, Inventory Coordinator or E-commerce Fulfilment Assistant and be ready for your next opportunity.
Ideally, you will bring:
- 1–2 years' experience in online fulfilment, warehousing, inventory, logistics or retail operations.
- Previous experience picking, packing and dispatching customer orders.
- Experience with stock receiving, inventory control and stock reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- A proactive and adaptable approach.
- The ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
- A strong customer focus and understanding of the importance of accurate and timely order fulfilment.
Experience within fashion, beauty, luxury or multi-brand retail would be advantageous but is not essential.
