About the Role
As a Guest Services Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in ensuring they have a memorable stay. This casual position offers flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and school holiday periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and managing check-ins and check-outs
- Handling reservations, phone enquiries, and email correspondence
- Providing local information and recommendations to guests
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with guest requests and resolving issues professionally
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of the reception area
- Working collaboratively with housekeeping and maintenance teams
About You
- Friendly, positive, and customer-focused
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer and administrative skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Reliable and flexible with availability
- Previous customer service, reception, hospitality, experience preferred
- Newbook/RMS Experience preferred
