Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist to develop and deploy advanced machine learning solutions that enhance customer experience, drive personalization, and generate actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in predictive modeling, customer analytics, experimentation, and AI/ML deployment, with the ability to translate complex data into impactful customer-focused solutions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to support customer segmentation, churn prediction, recommendation systems, propensity modeling, and personalization initiatives.
Build and maintain robust model evaluation, monitoring, and performance tracking frameworks to ensure sustained business impact.
Conduct A/B testing, statistical analysis, and experimentation to measure and improve customer experience outcomes.
Implement model governance best practices, including explainability, fairness assessment, bias detection, drift monitoring, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with Data Engineers and ML Engineers to productionize and scale AI/ML solutions across enterprise platforms.
Perform end-to-end data science activities, including data exploration, feature engineering, model development, training, validation, and optimization.
Required Qualifications & Experience
6–10 yrs in Data Science / ML
Strong Python + ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
Experience in retail/customer analytics preferred
Good understanding of GenAI / personalization use cases
