We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bartender to join our friendly team at Hurricane's Grill Brighton-Le-Sands.
About the Role
As a Bartender, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while preparing and serving a range of beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, spirits and coffee. You'll work closely with our restaurant team to ensure every guest receives exceptional service.
Whether you're an experienced bartender or looking to further develop your skills, we provide ongoing training and support.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous bartending experience in a busy restaurant, bar or hospitality venue.
- Knowledge of cocktails, wines, beers, spirits and coffee (training provided where required).
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work well within a team.
- The ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or unrestricted working rights in Australia.
