About the Role
We are currently seeking Experienced Disability Support Workers to support participants across:
- Mental Health supports
- Supported Independent Living (SIL) environments
- Community Access
- High Care Needs Participants
This role is ideal for someone who is confident working with participants who require structured support, emotional regulation assistance, and hands-on personal care.
Supports you will deliver:
- Mental Health and Psychosocial Support
- Supported Independent Living (SIL) supports
- Personal care, including hoisting and manual handling
- Community access and daily living support
- Accurate shift notes and documentation
Essential Requirements:
- Cert III or IV in Disability, Mental Health (or working towards)
- Mental Health and/or SIL experience
- Hoisting experience (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR
- Driver’s licence and an Insured Vehicle
- Strong Communication and Professionalism
