MH5 Pty Ltd is a proud franchisee of Hertz Australia, operating multiple locations across Queensland. We are currently seeking a motivated and hands-on Site Supervisor to join our Roma team in a full-time role.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced operational environment, takes ownership, and thrives in a hands-on role supporting the ongoing success of our Roma operations.
Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Roma branch within a small and hands-on team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Roma branch
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive customer experiences
- Complete rental and return transactions accurately and efficiently
- Promote and sell optional upgrades and protection products
- Coordinate vehicle availability and fleet utilisation to meet customer demand
- Monitor vehicle presentation, servicing, maintenance, and damage processes
- Professionally respond to customer enquiries and complaints
- Assist with rostering, workforce coordination, and daily branch administration
- Support onboarding and training of team members
- Ensure vehicles are maintained to Hertz presentation standards
- Maintain strong operational, safety, and compliance standards
- Work collaboratively with operational, fleet, and management teams
About You
You are someone who:

You will also bring:
- Previous leadership, supervisory, customer service, or operational experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confidence using computer systems and administration platforms
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- A hands-on attitude with strong attention to detail
- A full and current Australian driver's licence
- Full Australian work rights
Experience within vehicle rental, transport, logistics, retail, hospitality, tourism, or service operations will be highly regarded.
