The Opportunity:
Based in our Bendigo office, you'll play a critical role in supporting our regional operations team, ensuring projects run efficiently and customers receive exceptional service.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, can juggle multiple priorities, and takes pride in delivering outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate contractor schedules across regional locations
- Liaise with trades, customers, insurers and stakeholders to ensure jobs progress smoothly
- Track project milestones and maintain accurate records
- Arrange specialist reports and supporting documentation
- Assist with issue resolution and customer enquiries
- Process invoices, purchase orders and administrative documentation
- Ensure compliance documentation, inspections and certificates are completed
- Support estimators to ensure quotations are delivered within service level agreements
- Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiency
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who brings energy, initiative and a solutions-focused mindset.
You'll stand out if you have:
- Previous administration or coordination experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- The ability to thrive under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in construction, insurance or property industries (advantageous but not essential)
