Help young performers find their voice!
Think Quick Theatre is seeking an enthusiastic coach to lead our students through singing, acting and dance skills in a Musical Theatre class.
AT A GLANCE:
- $50+p/hr base rate.
- Classes around Sutherland Shire, especially Engadine.
- Availability Thursday afternoon in Engadine for existing class essential.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Lead engaging weekly classes for children and teens to develop their skills in a fun and supportive environment.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
- Has experience teaching musical theatre and/or directing musicals.
- Can choreograph dance, develop vocal technique and coach characterisation skills.
- Can prepare students for performances, competitions and (bonus) exams.
- Encourages teamwork, creativity and has a passion for live performance.
- Loves teaching and mentoring young people.
- Has a WWCC, First Aid Certificate and drivers licence.
- Has public liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).
- BONUS: experience entering into Eisteddfods, competitions and/or involvement with full-scale musicals.
