We are currently seeking a qualified Registered Nurse who has completed the Immunisation for Health Practitioners course and is an Authorised Nurse Immuniser to join our Outpatients Department at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead. This is a permanent part-time position, with services operating Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of our outpatient opportunistic childhood immunisation service in a supportive environment, while also gaining experience in various outpatient clinic specialties across our service. Please ensure that you include evidence of course completion with your application.
What you'll be doing
The Registered Nurse provides safe, compassionate, person-centred care to patients and families of Sydney Children's Hospital Network.
The Registered Nurse acts as a role model by demonstrating behaviour and interacting with patients, their families and employees in a way that promotes a culture and standards that reflect the NSW Health CORE values of Collaboration, Openness , Respect and Empowerment.

Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
