At BridgePoint Allied Care, we partner directly with medical centres to deliver integrated allied health services alongside General Practitioners. We are seeking a motivated and confident Dietitian to join our growing multidisciplinary team at our established clinic in Silverdale, NSW.

About BridgePoint Allied Care
BridgePoint Allied Care operates allied health clinics within medical centres across NSW and the ACT. Our model is built around collaboration with GPs, providing accessible and evidence-based physiotherapy, exercise physiology, and dietetic services to patients within primary healthcare settings.
Unlike traditional private practices, our clinicians work directly alongside doctors and become an integral part of the patient’s healthcare team. This allows for greater collaboration, improved patient outcomes, and a steady stream of referrals from trusted healthcare professionals.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Dietitian to work at our Silverdale Clinic, located inside Silverdale Doctors managing a diverse caseload including:
- Diabetes and insulin resistance
- Weight management
- High cholesterol and cardiovascular disease
- Hypertension
- Gastrointestinal conditions, including IBS
- Food allergies and intolerances
- Women's health, including PCOS
- Medicare Chronic Condition Management (GPCCMP) patients
- Healthy ageing and preventative nutrition
- General nutrition and lifestyle education
This position would suit a clinician who enjoys variety, working independently, and becoming a trusted healthcare provider within a medical centre environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assessing patients and providing evidence-based nutrition and dietary advice
- Developing individualised nutrition plans tailored to each patient's goals and medical conditions
- Supporting patients to achieve sustainable lifestyle and behavioural changes
- Educating patients on nutrition, chronic disease management and preventative health
- Building professional relationships with General Practitioners and practice staff
- Preparing concise and professional clinical reports for referring doctors
- Promoting long-term self-management and healthy lifestyle practices
- Contributing to the growth and development of dietetic services within the clinic
What We're Looking For
We are seeking a clinician who is confident, personable and able to work independently while maintaining a high standard of patient care.
Essential Requirements
- Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) status
- Current full membership with Dietitians Australia
- Minimum two years' Australian clinical experience preferred
- Ability to manage an independent caseload
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practice
- Ability to build rapport with patients, GPs and practice staff
- Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
Highly Valued
- Experience working within primary care or medical centre environments
- Interest in chronic disease management and long-term patient care
- Experience in Food education and diet planning
- Desire to contribute to clinic growth and referral development
