AHH Property Services is a growing local business, and we’re looking for two reliable, motivated, and positive people to join our friendly, close-knit team.

About the Role
2–3 days per week (some weeks may increase to 4–5 days depending on bookings)
Saturday and Sunday availability is essential
Full availability from November to January is required as this is our busiest period and is non-negotiable
Available to start a paid trial as soon as possible
The role requires flexibility, as workloads and schedules can vary from week to week.
Duties include
Domestic home cleaning
Airbnb and short-stay changeover cleans
Housekeeping, organising, and tidying for clients
Working across the Mornington Peninsula
Starting and finishing each day at our Somerville factory
Typical workday: 6:00am – 4:30pm (hours may increase or decrease depending on bookings)
Opportunity to pick up laundry shifts as available.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
Have previous cleaning experience (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
Hold a current driver’s licence and have reliable transport
Have, or be willing to obtain, a current Police Check
Have, or be willing to obtain, a White Card
Be physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Be reliable, trustworthy, and take pride in delivering high-quality work
Enjoy working as part of a supportive team
Be a team player who is willing to help and support others
Be flexible with weekend, public holiday, and school holiday work
Be available throughout December and January, including the Christmas and New Year period.
