What you’ll do (but not limited to):
- Lead construction planning and delivery by coordinating labour, plant, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project milestones, productivity targets and delivery outcomes are achieved.

Develop and drive project programs through detailed construction planning, short-term look-ahead schedules and proactive management of construction methodologies and site activities.

Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring HSEQ plans are implemented, project objectives are achieved, and all works are delivered in line with Georgiou's Safety is My Way philosophy and project specifications.

Provide leadership to site supervision teams, ensuring resources, capabilities and support functions are in place to maximise productivity, performance and workforce engagement.

Manage workforce and industrial relations matters, acting as the key point of contact for site-based personnel and union-related issues while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with clients, subcontractors, government authorities and project partners to drive performance, resolve issues and achieve successful project outcomes.
What you’re good at:
- Proven experience leading civil construction teams and delivering large scale tier 1 sized projects safely and efficiently.

Strong knowledge of civil construction activities, including earthworks, roadworks, bridgeworks, concrete, utilities and land development.

Sound understanding of HSEQ requirements, safety leadership and environmental compliance.

Ability to plan, coordinate and optimise construction activities to achieve project outcomes.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, project planning software, SharePoint and business systems.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across clients, subcontractors and project teams.
