Based in Stapylton, QLD, this hybrid role will have you lead a talented design team, work closely with major telecommunications stakeholders and Find Your Further with a business that continues to shape Australia's essential infrastructure.

About the Role
As the Telepower Design Supervisor, you'll provide technical leadership, oversee project delivery and manage a design team supporting telepower works across the Telstra network. Additionally, you'll:

Lead, mentor and allocate work across a team of designers and project coordinators

Act as the key technical escalation point for telepower design activities

Review, approve and oversee the delivery of high quality design documentation

Liaise with clients and delivery partners while providing regional reporting

Monitor project schedules, workloads and design performance to meet delivery targets

Support continuous improvement initiatives across systems, processes and design delivery
Are You Our Next Telepower Design Supervisor?

Experience leading design teams within the telecommunications or telepower industry
-
Electrical Engineering qualification or Electrical Trade background

Strong understanding of telepower design and project delivery environments

Proven stakeholder management and client-facing experience

Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with Excel expertise highly regarded
