Silk Hospitality is searching for an experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping department to new heights of excellence.
About the Role
As the Executive Housekeeper, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction at our hotel in Manly. Working closely with senior management, you will lead and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently met.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas.
- Manage departmental budgets, inventory, and cost control.
- Uphold strict health, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Front Office and Maintenance, to ensure seamless guest service.
- Maintain and enhance standard operating procedures.
- Monitor and report on housekeeping performance, occupancy requirements, and staffing levels.
- Support the onboarding and ongoing training of new and existing team members.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction at all times.
