The Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants. You’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service areas
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Process payments and operate POS systems
Requirements:
- Previous hospitality experience preferred, but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays
- Current RSA certificate

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.85 – $38.00 per hour
